Mark Thompson
Mark Thompson, LMT, BCTMB, has been practicing therapeutic massage and bodywork since 1998. He established One Spirit Massage Studio in 1999. Since opening the business, he has added several therapists to the practice. Each therapist has been carefully selected for their skills and dedication to continuing their education in therapeutic massage and bodywork. Mark received his training at the Baltimore School of Massage in Baltimore, Maryland, and the Bhakti Healing School of Massage in Clearwater, Florida.
He specializes in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, where he has obtained the designation of Expert Level Therapist. He has also been selected as a full assistant instructor for the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Seminars. Mark is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, is nationally board certified, and is licensed through the states of Delaware and Florida.
Francisco Rodriguez
Francisco has been practicing massage therapy and bodywork since 2005. He graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage and Shiatsu. Clients benefit from his maturity, compassion, and sense of purpose in therapeutic massage. In addition to massage therapy, Francisco is a student of Aikikai Aikido, Qigong, meditation, and life. He specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, oncology, Shiatsu, sports massage, and scar tissue therapy.
Travis Stevens
Travis received his diploma in massage therapy from Heritage Institute in Manassas, Virginia, in 2005 and continued on to achieve his degree in therapeutic massage in 2006. He has also been a registered nurse since 2012. Travis integrates his massage and nursing skills to provide comfort and healing to his clients through a holistic approach.
He is passionate about health promotion, lifelong learning, and mindfulness. His modalities include clinical massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and reflexology.
Lea Imperial
Lea is a licensed massage therapist who received her diploma from the Academy of Massage and Bodywork in Delaware. She is a native of California, has lived and traveled all over the country, and has called Delaware home since 2021. Lea has been studying natural healing for more than 10 years and has a passion for helping people heal holistically so they can restore balance to body and mind. Her modalities include Swedish, deep tissue, John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, and prenatal massage.
